Katherine Swolfs joined Arcutis in May 2026 as vice president responsible for leading the primary care and pediatric strategy and execution across the Arcutis portfolio. Ms Swolfs brings deep experience spanning dermatology and primary care. Ms Swolfs brings a strong track record of driving growth across marketing, commercial strategy, and operations. Most recently, she served as VP of Marketing at LEO Pharma US, where she led the dermatology portfolio including the successful launch of Anzupgo, development of award-winning campaigns, and the revitalization of Adbry. Prior to that, Ms Swolfs held several leadership roles at LEO across commercial strategy, analytics, and insights. She began her career in primary care sales at Eli Lilly and later worked at Accenture, advising pharmaceutical clients on growth and operations. Ms Swolfs holds a bachelor of science in biology from Villanova University and completed an executive leadership program at Yale University.
