Robert Lisicki

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr Lisicki joined Arcutis in 2026 as interim chief commercial officer. He is an experienced executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Arcutis, he served as chief executive officer of Zura Bio. Previously, he was chief commercial officer at Arena Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for building the company’s global commercial infrastructure and contributed to mergers and acquisitions activities totaling nearly $8 billion. Arena Pharmaceuticals was acquired by Pfizer in 2022.

Prior to Arena, Mr Lisicki held several general management and commercial leadership roles across immunology and inflammation at Regeneron, Amgen, and Johnson & Johnson. Throughout his career, he has led or contributed to multiple blockbuster brands and has extensive experience in brand building, product launches, and lifecycle management. Earlier in his career, he served as chief executive officer and board member of InCarda Therapeutics and chief commercial officer at Daiichi Sankyo.

Mr Lisicki earned a BS in finance and economics from the State University of New York.
