When you sign up for the Arcutis Patient Resources Texting Program (the “Texting Program”), you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages, both service-related messages and promotional messages, from and on behalf of Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. (“Arcutis,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided when you signed up for the Texting Program, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Service-related messages may include the patient brochure, appointment guides, and other information about Arcutis services you have signed up for. Promotional messages may include promotions and other personalized marketing offers or messages. These messages may be delivered in a variety of formats. You agree that SMS/text messages may be sent using equipment that automatically selects and/or dials numbers or other automated technology.
We do not charge for the Texting Program, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS/text messages imposed by your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for the Texting Program as a condition of purchasing any property, good, or services from Arcutis and your participation in the Texting Program is completely voluntary.
You may opt-out of the Texting Program and stop receiving SMS/text messages from us at any time by texting “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to 65631 or in response to any messages from the Texting Program. After opting-out, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message, but then no other messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

We may change the short code or telephone number we use to operate the Texting Program at any time, and if we do so, we will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
Arcutis cannot guarantee the successful delivery of Texting Program SMS/text messages. Factors beyond the control of Arcutis may impact message delivery, including equipment range and functionality, network capacity, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. Neither Arcutis nor your wireless provider will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Texting Program may not be available on all US carriers.
